Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is brought to you by Sharaf Exchange LLC.

2. This promotion is applicable only for individual outward money transfer transactions. Corporate transactions will not qualify for the draw.

3. Total number of winners will be 152.

4. All customers who does a transaction during the month, will be eligible for monthly draws and get a chance to win 5gm Gold Bar, iPhone 14 mobile phones, 1gm Gold Coins & Samsung LED TV.

5. All valid transactions done during the promotion period will be eligible for the Mega Draw for Two winners.

6. The monthly & Mega Draw dates are as follows:

    o November Daily & Weekly draw – 5th Dec’2023

    o December Daily & Weekly draw – 4th Jan’2024

    o January Daily & Weekly draw – 6th Feb’2024

    o Mega Draw – 6th Feb’2024

7. The winners will have to submit a copy of their valid transaction receipt, valid emirates ID and/or valid Passport to collect the Prize.

8. Cancelled, Returned or Void outward money transfer transactions will not be eligible for the Promotion.

9.After claiming the Prize item, for any reason if customer Cancel or request for the Refund of transaction amount or Sharaf Exchange decide to cancel the transaction then customer will have to surrender and return the claimed prize back to Sharaf Exchange and Sharaf Exchange reserve the rights to select a new winner for the subjected prize category.

10. All valid transactions which are done during the promotion period, will be eligible for the draws.

11. Sharaf Exchange employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for the draws.

12. All the winners will be intimated by Representative of Sharaf Exchange.

13. All winners should claim the rewards within 2 months from the winner announcement.

14. Sharaf Exchange may deny the entry of any outward money transfer transaction by a participant to the promotion on account of unethical, false or unauthentic practices.

15. If any money transfer transaction is found suspicious and or based on fraudulent act or insufficient/misleading information, Sharaf Exchange reserves the right to withdraw the prize and disqualify the participant/winner.

16. Sharaf Exchange may publish the winners' photos, videos & name in any media for present/future marketing and publicity purposes. The participant/winner hereby consents to the use of his information and photo & video by Sharaf Exchange and further confirms that he/she will not be entitled for any claim against Sharaf Exchange on account of the use of his/her photos/data contributed by the participant/winner.

17. Sharaf Exchange reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions instructed by the Government regulators without prior notice to the customers at any time and the participant/winner shall be bound by such amendments.

18. Sharaf Exchange reserves the right to postpone/cancel, void and suspend the promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever.

19. If Sharaf Exchange deems it reasonable to do so, reserves the right to change the draw date at its sole discretion, in these instances new date draws will be communicated through our official channels.

20. Any failure to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions may result in the disqualification of the participant/winner.

21. The decision of Sharaf Exchange or the relevant government authorities for e.g. DED, regarding any issue or conflict or any other matter regarding the promotion shall be final and legally binding on all the participants/winners.

22. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable non- refundable, and no cash alternative is offered.

23. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Sharaf Exchange reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

24. In so far as is permitted by law, Sharaf Exchange, its agents/partners or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize.

25. The promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

26. Sharaf Exchange shall not be liable for any monetary loss or damage to any participant resulting from participating in the promotion.

27. Sharaf Exchange shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations hereunder due to Force Majeure i.e., severe weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, terror attack, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.

28. All disputes arising or in connection with this Promotion are subject to the laws of the United Arab of Emirates and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts of the United Arab of Emirates.

29. Sharaf Exchange highly recommends that customers keep their current contact information up to date.

30. Sharaf Exchange will never ask customers for their personal bank details and other important documents or require winners to pay a fee to claim prizes.
